Role Overview
JOB PURPOSE
Lead the development of industrial projects from feasibility to opening. Help generate business opportunities and develop growth strategies for the company. Build strong relationships with clients.

- Help generate business opportunities and develop growth strategies for the company.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in conducting financial feasibilities, valuations, and market analysis for real estate developments (industrial parks, warehouses, cold storage, etc.).
- Assist in overall project management of industrial developments.
- Monitor project budgets, deliverables and timelines from planning, construction up to project completion.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, updates and reports for management and external parties.
- Performs other business and project related functions.
- Coordinate with various departments in preparations of plans and timely submission of pertinent documents.
- Assist in the management and operation of industrial township developments including leasing of support facilities and parcels available for land leases.
- Assist in the execution and implementation of industrial township related activation and marketing initiatives.
- Obtain relevant permits, licenses and clearances for the project and industrial township developments.
- Conduct site evaluation for location of potential projects and help in the negotiations process until land acquisition or lease agreement; help conduct legal and technical due diligence on properties as needed.
- Provide insights about the market through research and competition analysis.
- Assist in project planning from conceptualization, schematic design, detailed design until construction completion to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Assist in project financial analysis and modelling, help determine the appropriate business model and conduct sensitivity analysis of different scenarios.
- Assist in monitoring the project budget to ensure costs are managed efficiently to prevent cost overruns.
- Coordinate with different project stakeholders (internal and external), consultants and suppliers.
- Review contracts, plans and other project-related documents and coordinate with Legal for any deal closing and/or agreement signing.
- Graduate of business management/administration, finance, accounting, economics or engineering
- At least 3 years of work-related experience
- Background in real estate project development and/or business development work (preferably in land acquisition, cold chain, logistics industry and/or industrial development)
- Understands business and financial concepts and can do financial analysis/modelling
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, can handle multiple projects and do coordination work with minimal supervision
