Support the planning and delivery of high-quality Learning & Development events by managing logistics, schedules, and communication to ensure smooth, engaging employee learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate L&D events from planning through post-event follow-up
- Manage schedules, calendars, and facilitators across time zones
- Support onsite and virtual event logistics (rooms, materials, tech, vendors)
- Communicate clearly with participants and stakeholders before, during, and after events
- Track registrations, attendance, and feedback
- Collect and share post-event insights for continuous improvement
- Assist with additional HR events and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, HR, or admin support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with Zoom, Teams, and scheduling tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
