This is a W2 requirement, Need independent candidates only (USC/ GC).
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support C‑suite and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will manage complex domestic and international travel, coordinate calendars, prepare meeting agendas, and handle meeting logistics onsite.
Responsibilities include drafting and proofreading documents, maintaining stakeholder relationships, organizing meeting notes/minutes, and supporting company presentations and materials.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smart Sheet) is essential.
Experience working with legal teams on Docu Sign, CDA templates, and business development processes is a plus.
