Role Summary

The Project Coordinator plays a critical enabling role within Bio Medicines, supporting Flagship‑style operations that emphasize speed, clarity, and disciplined execution. This role helps keep teams aligned across a highly matrixed, global organization by coordinating projects, meetings, and shared information. The Project Coordinator acts as an operational connective tissue—reducing friction, increasing transparency, and enabling leaders and teams to focus on value creation.

This individual needs to take the initiative to drive issues and actions forward independently to enable results.

Key Responsibilities Program & Portfolio Enablement
  • Support cross‑functional programs by tracking action items, milestones, and key decisions in a lightweight, execution‑focused manner.
  • Ensure clear follow‑up and accountability coming out of leadership, program, and governance meetings.
  • Help maintain rhythm across core operating forums (program reviews, leadership meetings, Flagship touchpoints).
