Administrative Clerk – Up to $30/hr
We are looking for an Administrative Clerk to provide essential support to faculty, staff, and program operations in a fast-paced academic environment. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and balancing multiple priorities at once.
What You’ll Do:Faculty & Office Support
- Assist faculty with course preparation, presentation design, and scheduling needs
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Take notes during meetings and distribute minutes to team members
- Review and approve travel reports and reimbursement requests
- Make purchases on behalf of the team and monitor expenses
- Audit monthly transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Help plan and coordinate high-profile events
- Maintain faculty profiles and ensure information is up to date
- Oversee the kitchenette, copy room, and storage spaces
- Manage conference room reservations and approvals
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in an office or administrative setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Skills:
- Experience working in a higher education environment
- Familiarity with Concur or SAP systems
- Competitive pay:
