Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 + discretionary bonus

A well-established company near Boston is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role offers strong exposure to general ledger accounting, retail sales accounting, inventory, and e-commerce transactions within a Net Suite ERP environment. It’s an excellent opportunity for an early‑career accountant looking to build ERP expertise and grow within a collaborative finance team.

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy in Net Suite
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and support month‑end and year‑end close
• Reconcile retail POS and e‑commerce transactions, including credit card settlements and payment processors
• Assist with inventory accounting, reconciliations, and cost adjustments
• Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate variances
• Support AP and AR processes as needed
• Assist with monthly financial statements and management reporting
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance requirements
• Partner with retail operations, purchasing, and IT teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting within Net Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2–4 years of accounting experience
• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite ERP (required)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
