• Salary Range of $65,000 - $73,000/year

• Process and review invoices to ensure payments are timely and accurate
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or questions related to AP processes
• Maintain seamless workflows by supporting account feeds and financial operations
• Provide outstanding customer service for AP-related inquiries and issues
• Prepare accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audits
• Leverage enterprise accounting systems (e.g., SAP) for financial transactions and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with a diverse audience
• Knowledge of nonprofit financial operations, especially in higher education
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise accounting systems
