* Schedule:

** Tues – Fri  - 5:00am to 3:30pm (Mondays Off)
Flexibility for overtime, weekends, or call-ins as needed
** Hourly:**             $25 - $35 / per hour
** Responsibilities:
*** Perform mechanical troubleshooting and ensure equipment is mechanically sound.
* Handle electrical troubleshooting and apply general electrical knowledge.
* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
* Apply facilities maintenance knowledge to keep the plant running efficiently.
* Share expertise and spread knowledge to the team through mentoring and collaboration.
* Maintain a Safety-First mindset in all tasks and promote a culture of safety.
* Adapt to changing workflows and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate with production and vendors for specialized repairs.
* Use sound knowledge of pneumatic systems for troubleshooting and repairs.
** Qualifications & Experience

Required:

*** Minimum 6 years in an industrial maintenance role with proven technical proficiency.
** Skills &

Competencies:

*** Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
* General electrical knowledge and ability to diagnose issues.
* Facilities maintenance experience.
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
* Ability to mentor and lead by example.
* Knowledge of pneumatic systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
* HVAC and fabrication experience are a plus.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Reliable transportation.
** Physical Requirements
*** Must be able to traverse the production facility.
* Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time with assistance.
* Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required to be worn during shift.
* Physical requirements include lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, arm-hand steadiness, manual dexterity, control precision, and near vision
