Desktop Support Analyst

Description

Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction for overall IT support for designated site(s)

· Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues

· Responsible for Plant Systems support including vendor collaboration and troubleshooting

· Responsible to collaboration between multiple teams for continuous improvement

· Responsible for cyber security compliance related to OS updates, patches and maintenance

· Responsible for site level incident management and point of escalation

· Responsible for hardware configuration and deployment for employee onboarding

· Responsible for hardware asset management for equipment inventory and end of life

management

· Responsible for completing and filing system-related documentation

· Must maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Proficient with MS Office and Microsoft Workstation operating systems as well as Windows

W2K/W2K3 domains.

· Minimum of 6 years broad-based experience in computer/network support in a Microsoft

environment.

· Knowledge of current technological developments/trends.

· This is an onsite support role.
