Pepsi Co Foods Canada has current openings at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON for a Warehouse Technician (Night Shift).
The Role:
The Warehouse Technician will contribute to the success of Pepsi Co Foods Canada by playing a critical role in the “move” portion of our business. The Warehouse Technician will be required to ensure the accuracy of the orders that they are picking, as well as ensure they are performing their job efficiently and effectively. This role requires prolonged standing, lifting, and frequent movement.
Shift: Saturday, Sunday, Monday (7pm-7am)
Compensation: $ (+Shift Premiums)
ResponsibilitiesFull Case belt picking and placingOperating Auto Cart Loader (ACL) to include jam and fault recoveryOperating Warehouse computer systems (ICS, etc)Load and unload bulk and individual cases to/from trailersStrapping and bundling cardboardGathering pallet boardsManually loading individual cases on carts and carts onto trailersAutonomous maintenance activity as required by taskMaintaining proper housekeeping standards in work areasAttendance in warehouse team meetings as requiredPerforming work in a safe manner and required to follow all safety practices and policiesQualificationsCompleted high school diploma or GED equivalentGreat teamwork and excellent communication skillsPrevious operations experience (or similar) preferred but not requiredOutstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve and meet deadlines or targetsPhysically capable of lifting up to 50lbs as requiredWhat you can expect from us:
