Job Profile

The City of Cambridge is looking for energetic Fitness Instructors to teach a variety of fitness classes such as Pilates, Strength Training, Step, TRX, Barre, Boxercise, HIIT and or Personal Trainers.

Instructors will ensure participant experience is engaging, educational, safe and enjoyable experience in classes and programs.

Rate of pay

The hourly rate for this position will vary pending qualifications; however, will be within the range of $25.00 to $32.00.

Hours of work

Hours are dependent on the number of participants taking part in our programs; as such, there are no minimum hours associated with this position.

Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and who can provide reliable, long‑term availability throughout the year to help us maintain continuity of service and ensure a positive experience for our participants.
