JOB SUMMARY

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Have a proven track record in generating sales.
Recruit, retain and coach a team to success.
Ensure a safe working environment for the team and customers.
Manage customers’ orders effectively.
Manage wage cost efficiently.
Maintain loss prevention controls and keep shrink rates low.
Show passion for our customers and our brand.
Be driven and understand the ins-and-outs of store operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education or experience in Fashion Design is desirable.
Interest in fashion and proper fit is an asset.
Knowledge in basic sewing is required.
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Shift Manager.
Previous experience managing people.
Excellent customer service focus.
Experience with POS (Point of Sales system).
