• Have a proven track record in generating sales.
• Recruit, retain and coach a team to success.
• Ensure a safe working environment for the team and customers.
• Manage customers’ orders effectively.
• Manage wage cost efficiently.
• Maintain loss prevention controls and keep shrink rates low.
• Show passion for our customers and our brand.
• Be driven and understand the ins-and-outs of store operations.

• Education or experience in Fashion Design is desirable.
• Interest in fashion and proper fit is an asset.
• Knowledge in basic sewing is required.
• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Shift Manager.
• Previous experience managing people.
• Excellent customer service focus.
• Experience with POS (Point of Sales system).
