Assistant Store Manager – Canada
Sally Beauty Canada is hiring an  Assistant Store Manager  to support the Store Manager in all store operations. The role blends leadership, customer service, and operational management to drive sales and team growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team, ensuring every customer receives a great experience and personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.

Oversee store operations with an emphasis on sales performance, budget management, expense control, and inventory control.

Maintain store appearance, safety, and security by enforcing company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.

Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.

Cosmetology license is a plus – not required.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Passion for hair and beauty.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on a ladder where required.

May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

Working Conditions
Physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting of moderately heavy items. Exposure to irritant chemicals may occur.
