Position Description

As this respected organizations Automation Coordinator you will be entrusted with arranging and coordinating HVAC and automation for our client and their valued customers. For the most part, you will work closely with team members in sales, customer service purchasing and quality but also enjoy meeting and collaborating with vendors and clients.

Accept requests for HVAC, automation, and floor plans

Draft floor plans and incorporate automation

Collaborate with HVAC partners, vendors, and HVAC team members towards the advancement of ongoing projects

Create HVAC proposals and assist with HVAC order entry where necessary

Manage project deadlines and update inside sales team lead on progress etc.

Experience

3 – 5 years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

Strong teamwork abilities

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and free from supervision
