Linux Administrator

• 5 years of experience in RHEL Linux administration
• Experience in Kubernetes administration, with some Nutanix NKP experience
• Proficiency with Red Hat Satellite
• Experience in SAN storage administration – HPE 3
  
  PAR imble and Net App
• Knowledge of SAN Fiber Channel administration – Brocade
• Client administration experience
• Proficiency in Ansible scripting
• Familiarity with Service Now / ITIL processes

• Provide server support including both technical and non-technical activities
• Address daily break/fix activities and engage in project work
• Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents, providing temporary and permanent solutions
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasures for problem tickets
• Deploy servers, perform system upgrades, and manage system resources
• Create, implement, and support system changes (RFCs)
• Collaborate with the support group and vendors to meet business requirements
