The Project Engineer‑ Fabrication will provide technical support for fabrication including constructability reviews, procurement, welding and assembly, inspection and shipment of manufactured items.

This role is located in Brantford, ON.

What You’ll Do Here

Prepare specifications to establish scope, functional design, codes and standards, schedule and deliverables through preparation of a Aecon Technical Specification (ATS) as directed by the Project Manager

Prepare procedures and work instructions that control aspects of document control, fabrication and inspection

Provide input to risk assessment from an engineering perspective

Assist in proposal/Estimate/RFQ preparation as required by the Proposal Manager

Review Customer specifications and design documents

Identify level of engineering risk items– FOAKs, performance guarantees, etc. that may impact…
