The Technical Sales Leader is a growth-focused, technically capable sales professional responsible for expanding our client's presence beyond nuclear
, with a primary emphasis on industrial processing and engineered equipment solutions

Primary Responsibilities
Grow the company's industrial processing revenue through new customer acquisition and deeper penetration of existing accountsEstablish the company as a preferred supplier of engineered tanks, vessels, pressure equipment, and complex fabricationsDevelop a diversified sales pipeline that reduces reliance on nuclear programs while complementing themBuild personal technical and commercial expertise across our client's full portfolioDevelop and execute sales strategies focused on industrial processing markets
, including tanks, vessels, autoclaves, and mechanical systemsIdentify, qualify, and pursue new customers and projects aligned with the company's fabrication capabilitiesSegment markets and prioritize opportunities based on margin, repeat potential, and strategic fitBuild and maintain a healthy opportunity funnel with accurate forecastingAct as a trusted technical advisor to customers, translating process requirements into engineered solutionsLead customer meetings, plant tours, and technical reviewsStrengthen long-term relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and end usersSupport repeat business through proactive account developmentDevelop a strong working understanding of the company's estimating methodologies, cost drivers, and pricing modelsCollaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to ensure bids are competitive and executableChallenge assumptions and provide market intelligence to support competitive pricing decisionsEnsure customer requirements, scope clarity, and commercial risks are well understood before bid submissionWork closely with Operations and Engineering to align sales commitments with production capabilityPartner with marketing to develop sales tools, presentations, and market messagingProvide market feedback to support continuous improvement and new product developmentSupport cross-selling opportunities between facilitiesDevelop toward broader commercial or leadership roles as the business growsJob Requirements
Educational Requirements
Post-secondary education in Engineering, Business, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)5+ years of technical or engineered-product sales experienceRequired Skills & Expertise
