Legal Operations Analyst

Is a leading sub‑metering and infrastructure company.

• Implement and configure the CLM platform, including templates, clause libraries, workflows, permissions, and version control.
• Design and manage legal intake processes, SLAs, and routing logic to prioritize and triage requests.
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau / Excel) to track KPIs, backlog, and user adoption.
• Automate repetitive tasks (signatures, reminders, data synchronization) and support CLM integrations with CRM/ERP systems.
• Provide user support, training, and clear documentation for legal, contracting, and sales teams, while driving adoption initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Lists, Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with CLM tools, document management systems, CRMs, or document review processes.

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Legal Operations Analyst or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with CLM platforms (Docu Sign CLM, Conga, Icertis or similar) preferred, or strong experience in BI and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, advanced Excel).
• Strong data and reporting skills, with experience translating dashboards and KPIs into operational improvements.
• Tech‑savvy, pragmatic and delivery‑oriented, with the ability to work cross‑functionally with Legal, IT and Sales Ops.
