Seeking a highly skilled Delinea Administrator to support and manage its Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience with Delinea Secret Server
, Discovery
, Password Rotation
, and automation using Power Shell, Python, and Delinea APIs
. This role focuses on production support, administration, optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement of Delinea solutions in an enterprise security environment.

• Delinea Secret Server (administration and support)
• Delinea Discovery (account discovery and scripting)
• Delinea Password Rotation and credential lifecycle management
• Power Shell scripting
• Python scripting
• Delinea REST APIs
• Production support for PAM platforms

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Delinea platform.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Delinea Secret Server.
Configure, deploy, and maintain Delinea policies, templates, and password management workflows.
• Manage password complexity rules, rotation schedules, and credential security.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and security posture.

• Implement and manage Delinea Discovery for privileged and non‑privileged accounts.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Power Shell and Python.
• Integrate Delinea APIs for automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure Delinea configurations align with industry security best practices and compliance standards.
• Support audits, access reviews, and security assessments related to PAM.

• Work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams.

• Identify opportunities to enhance performance, reliability, and security of Delinea solutions.
• Recommend platform improvements, process optimizations, and automation enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in IT Security or Identity & Access Management.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering Delinea products.
• Strong experience with Power Shell scripting and working knowledge of Python.
• Experience using SQL for reporting or troubleshooting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of security principles, PAM, and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Delinea Administrator or related PAM certifications
• Experience supporting PAM solutions in large enterprise environments
• Experience creating training materials and technical documentation
