Basildon Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000  bonus Benefits:
Pension, 25 days annual leave The role of the Estimator Facades will involve:
Estimator position dealing with various architectural external finishes inclusive of but not limited to GRC, brick slips, terracotta, renders, aluminium and HPL cladding. Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices Carrying out site surveys as and when required Producing formal quotations to clients Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met Estimating for projects from £500k - £25m The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Facades with:
