We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a childrens home for young people with social, emotional and behavioural needs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, creating a positive ethos and strong team culture from day one. Whats on offer:

Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young Peoples Services) Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in an Ofsted registered childrens home Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes Were looking for a leader with passion, vision and resilience someone who can achieve outstanding care standards while fostering a warm, supportive environment for staff and young people.
