About the Role As a Support Worker at Care Tech, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour to live as independently as possible.

You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

Your role will include:
