Need Flexibility to work 1 in 4 Weekends and 5 Evenings Per Month (11.30am – 8pm)

My client who are based in Bagshot are seeking a new Customer Service Consultant to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got a strong telephone manner and someone who enjoys working towards targets. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Customer Service Environment and enjoys working to deadlines and targets.

As a Customer Sales Consultant, you’ll provide exceptional service and offer a consultative sales approach to meet our customers needs.

• Answering inbound calls or effectively communicating via live chat
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with customers
• Effectively question customers to establish their needs, demonstrating empathy and providing solutions to support them
• Self-motivated and a good team player
