Role overview:
As Operations Manager you support the Store Manager, oversee all stock, security and office processes, and lead a high‑performing team to maximise sales and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leadership and cover the store when needed.
• Create a service‑driven, accurate, safe, commercial environment.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety, and company policies.
• Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Manage man‑hour controls and store processes efficiently.
• Use a hands‑on approach in all operational and commercial activities.
• Show resilience, embrace feedback, and drive results.
• Utilise security staff and enforce procedures.
• Address training, development and recruitment needs.
