  • Ensure adherence to ISO quality procedures and high service standards
  • Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, coaching, and team development
  • Manage HR-related matters professionally and effectively
  • Maintain regular communication with teams and key clients
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region
Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills, including recruitment, retention, and development
  • Excellent customer service focus, with experience delivering to SLAs
  • Confident escalation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers
  • Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills
  • Ability to review, improve, and embed systems, processes, and procedures
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, quality, and compliance

  • Forecast accuracy and delivery
  • Project gross margin
  • Cost-to-complete management

  • £7,000 car allowance
  • Performance-related bonus
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Private healthcare
  • Company sick pay
  • 8% company pension contribution, rising with length of service
