We are seeking an experienced and driven BMS Regional Manager to lead a highly successful and established operation based in Camberley. This region holds a substantial delivery portfolio, a strong and loyal client base, and significant potential for continued growth within a profitable area of the business.
You will take full ownership of a business unit comprising 40+ FTEs, supported by skilled office and field-based teams. This is a senior, high-profile role offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to shape strategy, culture, and commercial success.

Responsibilities- Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to succeed together
- Deliver regional revenue and EBITDA budgets
- Own health & safety responsibilities and ensure full compliance with policies
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and annual KPIs
- Develop and grow new business opportunities and recurring revenue streams
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and financial oversight
- Take ownership of customer escalations and resolve issues through to conclusion
- Monitor order intake, invoicing, cash flow, and debt exposure
- Review and manage monthly P&L performance
- Forecast labour and resource requirements to support business planning
- Ensure maintenance and support services consistently meet customer expectations
- Support sales activity, particularly across projects, service, call-outs, T&M, and PPM
- Ensure adherence to ISO quality procedures and high service standards
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, coaching, and team development
- Manage HR-related matters professionally and effectively
- Maintain regular communication with teams and key clients
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region
- Proven BMS leadership experience with strong technical knowledge of control systems
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L
- Demonstrated people leadership skills, including recruitment, retention, and development
- Excellent customer service focus, with experience delivering to SLAs
- Confident escalation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers
- Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to review, improve, and embed systems, processes, and procedures
- Strong commitment to health, safety, quality, and compliance
- Programme creation and management
- Forecast accuracy and delivery
- Project gross margin
- Cost-to-complete management
- Resource and subcontractor management
- Timely reporting and timesheet compliance
