Salary: £28,000 base + per-placement bonus (OTE £40,000-£45,000)

Syntech Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and delivery-focused Candidate Coordinator to join our permanent recruitment team. This is a non-sales position, centred entirely on structured recruitment execution. You will be responsible for managing a high-volume desk, delivering qualified candidates, and ensuring consistent progress across multiple live vacancies.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-led environment, with clear expectations, strong operational support, and defined placement targets.

• Manage a portfolio of up to 20 live permanent vacancies at any given time
• Execute daily outreach activity across Linked In, email, job boards, and phone
• Build and run vacancy-specific outreach sequences to attract qualified candidates (for our lights out system)
• Conduct structured video interviews (Zoom/MS Teams/Indeed) and screening calls, using internal scoring tools
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles with accurate notes and full qualification details
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keep CRM (Atlas) fully updated with clean, auditable data
• Escalate any delivery risks, workload constraints, or capacity issues to the Senior Coordinator promptly

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, resourcing, or recruitment delivery
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms, outreach tools, and job board sourcing
• Able to prioritise, adapt quickly, and stay accountable to structured daily workflows

• £28,000 - £30,000 base salary with performance-based per-placement bonus
• Realistic OTE of £40,000+ based on delivery output
• A clear focus on delivery — no sales or business development required
