Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Activities Coordinator to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge
. We care for 42 residents across four units
, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual's unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. We're proud to be rated GOOD by the CQC.

• Experience in a Care Home setting (desirable)
• A caring, calm and compassionate nature
• Emotional resilience and a steady head in challenging situations
• A genuine interest in helping others live full, dignified lives
• Great communication skills (both written & verbal)
• A positive team-focused attitude

Working for us gives you more time for you with a 7 out of 14 day working pattern.

Shift times: 08:00 - 19:15. Total average of 42 hours worked per week, including every other weekend.

• Plan, organise and coordinate activities for residents according to their needs, interests and abilities
• Support our residents and encourage them to partake in activities
• Keep appropriate records of activities and assessment forms
• Liaise with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home
• Work within agreed activities budget
