Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge
. We care to 42 residents across four units

• 12 months experience in a Care or Nursing Home setting in the UK (essential)
• A caring, calm and compassionate nature
• Emotional resilience and a steady head in challenging situations
• A genuine interest in helping others live full, dignified lives
• Great communication skills (both written & verbal)
• A positive team-focused attitude

Night positions available:

• Night shift: 19:45 – 07:45
• Average:
  38.5 hours per week

• Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes
  , and social activities
• Promote independence
  , choice, and dignity in every interaction
• Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
• Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
• Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones

Cornerstone Healthcare provide specialist care for vulnerable people who present with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs. Residents who live in our homes primarily have a neurological degenerative condition such as Dementia with an underlying mental health condition which makes them inappropriate candidates for dementia care homes or residential care homes for the elderly. We currently have 4 services based in Waterlooville, Curdridge, Mytchett & Bristol.
