We are actively seeking experienced Finance Directors to join our network for short-term and interim assignments with leading businesses in the local area. These roles are ideal for senior finance leaders who can provide strategic direction, ensure financial integrity, and drive business performance.

• Lead the finance function and oversee all financial operations
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis to the Board
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance
• Drive process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and influence key decisions

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leadership role
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience
