About the role:

At Engage Education, we’re currently looking for an experienced and confident Year 6 teacher to take on full class responsibility at a successful, forward-thinking primary school in Richmond. This maternity cover will begin immediately after the February half term and will run for the full academic year.

You’ll be joining a committed and supportive team in a school known for strong academic outcomes and a nurturing, well-resourced environment. The role requires someone who can confidently lead a Year 6 class through SATs preparation and deliver consistently high-quality teaching.

If you are an ambitious teacher who thrives in Upper KS2 and can deliver engaging, structured, and effective lessons, we would love to hear from you. The school is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers.

The ideal applicant will be:

• A qualified teacher with QTS
• Experienced in teaching Upper KS2
  , ideally Year 6
• Confident in delivering the KS2 National Curriculum and preparing pupils for SATs
