**** Your opportunity
** This Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship is designed to enhance your skills in supporting classroom teachers and engaging with children. The course promotes self-belief, social inclusion, and high self-esteem and plays an integral part in pupils’ well-being; ensuring pupils thrive in a positive, nurturing, safe environment. The course plays an active role in supporting the learner to access the curriculum.

The Sports Pathway option offers a specialised route for those who are interested in physical education in education.
** The Details:
*** Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship with optional Sports Pathway.
* Applicants should hold a GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C minimum in Maths and/or English. If you do not hold one of these qualifications, we may be able to support you in completing your Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths or English alongside the apprenticeship programme.
* Duration of the programme is typically 16 months, however this will be longer if you are a part-time worker.
* The training is a blended delivery model which occurs on the job during working hours. You will be provided with a mentor to support you during your apprenticeship.
* The apprenticeship training costs will be covered by the GLF Apprenticeship levy fund
