We are looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner qualified to Level 3 in Early Years and Childcare. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, and thrive in a nurturing, child-centred environment. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, planning engaging activities, and working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

As a Nursery Practitioner you will:
Thickness
- Plan, deliver and monitor learning for your key children.
- Create an exciting and stimulating environment that provides rich learning opportunities.
- Inspire and nurture every child to become confident, active learners.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to ensure children reach their full potential.
- Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification.
- Have detailed knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and early childhood development.
- Show enthusiasm and commitment.
- Have good organisational and communication skills.
- Be responsible for the planning, delivery and monitoring of learning for their key children.
- Be able to create an exciting and stimulating environment that provides rich learning opportunities.
- Be able to inspire and nurture every child to ensure they become confident, active learners.
Our school sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Pine Ridge & Lorraine Infants School, our cluster includes Springfield Primary School, Lightwater Village School & Cordwalles Junior School.
