As the Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Processing orders, up-selling additional products where appropriate
  • Ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the order process
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers

The successful Dutch Customer Service Advisor will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Good IT skills
