As the Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Processing orders, up-selling additional products where appropriate
- Ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the order process
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers
The successful Dutch Customer Service Advisor will have the following related skills / experience:
- Fluent in Dutch and English is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Good IT skills
