We are looking for an Account Executive – Case Handler to join our team.

You will be the go‑to person for clients and customers, managing cases, keeping communication smooth, and ensuring fast, efficient resolutions. Every day is different, and every day you will make an impact!

This is a full‑time, permanent position based at our Camberley office.

What You Will Do
  • Take ownership of a caseload, managing and reviewing cases efficiently
  • Be the key point of contact via phone and email for clients and customers
  • Collaborate with the enforcement team to resolve case inquiries quickly
  • Hit deadlines and maintain high service standards
  • Prepare reports and handle invoicing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident and professional in every interaction
  • Solution‑focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges proactively
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy, varied workload efficiently
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
