Site Manager – Cladding / EWI Remediation

Our client, a specialist principal contractor operating within the cladding remediation sector, is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver façade and EWI remediation works across London and the South East.

This is a hands-on role suited to a Site Manager with strong façade experience and the ability to manage live residential projects in occupied environments.

The Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing specified blocks or work streams, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors

* Coordinating labour and material requirements

* Delivering works in accordance with drawings and specifications

* Monitoring programme and productivity

* Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with RAMS

* Producing weekly and monthly reports for the Project Manager

* Maintaining QA/QC records and compliance documentation

* Holding progress meetings with subcontractors and supply chain

* Working closely with commercial and H&S teams

* Managing resident liaison alongside customer service teams

Requirements

* ONC/HNC or equivalent in a construction-related discipline

* SMSTS & CSCS

* Asbestos awareness and scaffold/PASMA certification

* Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role

* Strong façade / EWI remediation experience (essential)

* Experience working on occupied residential schemes

* Competent in MS Office
