Job Title: Trainee Branch Coordinator
Location: Hybrid working available upon successful completion of probation – 1 day per week in Camberley Head Officeperi 2 days per week in a local branch (West Byfleet, Englefield Green or Egham).

Salary: £25,000.00 – £27,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities
To provide a remote administrative support system to the branch network working closely with the branch teams and the different departments at head office to ensure compliance adecuadoaccuracy. To also assist with the maintenance and running of head office.
- Monitor and manage sales and lettings listings across internal systems and property portals
- Prepare and issue new instruction paperwork, including terms, invoices, s and compliance documentation
- Coordinate property marketing, including booking photography, floor plans and EPCs, and uploading content to listings
- Ensure all property details, pricing and marketing materials are accurate and compliant before launch
- Produce brochures, window cards and manage property boards, including ordering, updates and removals
- hết manage EPC requirements, including checking registers, ordering EPCs and chasing outstanding reports
- Maintain compliance across all instructions, chasing missing documentation where required
- Prepare and issue memorandums of sale surgical and assist with progression through to exchange
- Generate invoices at key stages and support administrative processes across sales and lettings
- Carry out regular quality checks across listings, marketing materials and portal data
- Assist with weekly reporting and support the wider branch team as required
- Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
- Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise changing workloads
- Confident using IT systems, with a willingness to learn new software
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot and resolve issues efficiently
- Resilient and solutions-focused when handling challenges or conflict
- A proactive team player who supports colleagues and wider business objectives
