TPF Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing accountancy and business advisory firm based in Camberley, who are looking to recruit an Accounts & Audit Senior to join their friendly team.

About the RoleThis is a varied and hands‑on position where you will be involved across accounts, tax and audit work. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing statutory and annual accounts for a varied client base including SMEs and limited companies
- Preparing draft corporation tax computations and CT600 returns
- Producing year end accounting files with supporting schedules for balance sheet figures
- Assisting with the planning and execution of audit assignments from start to completion
- Performing risk assessments and testing key controls
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing guidance and support
- Reporting audit findings and drafting management letters
- Delivering ad‑hoc advisory services as required
- Maintaining and building strong professional relationships with clients
- Managing client expectations and delivering work within agreed deadlines
- Supporting Partners and Managers with their client portfolios
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards and internal procedures
- Contributing to the improvement of internal processes and efficient working practices
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (nearly qualified, newly qualified or experienced)
- Good practical experience gained within an accountancy practice environment
- Strong experience preparing statutory and annual accounts
- Experience with audits from planning through to completion
- A good working knowledge of corporation tax compliance
- Experience using cloud accounting software, particularly Xero, along with Quick Books, Sage, Excel and ideally IRIS
- Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office packages
This role offers a competitive salary in the region of £40,000‑£55,000 dependent on experience, and in line with the market rate, a friendly and supportive working environment, and the opportunity to develop your technical and client‑facing skills within a growing practice.
