Security Officer – Manufacturing Patrol

As a Security Officer – Manufacturing Patrol in Camas, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support operations by reporting concerns, assisting employees and visitors, and communicating clearly with your team.

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, observing for unusual activity and conditions that could impact operations.

• Monitor and/or control access at gates, doors, and designated checkpoints, verifying credentials and directing foot and vehicle traffic according to site procedures.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site leadership, Allied Universal management, and public emergency services as required.

• Complete detailed reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and maintenance concerns, and promptly notify appropriate personnel of security-related issues observed during the shift.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
