The Camas High School Principal provides dynamic, responsive, and collaborative leadership to create an optimal learning environment for all students. This role focuses on academic excellence, staff development, equity, and school culture, ensuring that students receive high-quality instruction and support. The principal fosters a positive, inclusive, and engaging school environment, working closely with staff, students, families, and the community to ensure success for every child.

• Lead a school-wide culture of learning, setting high expectations for student achievement.
• Guide teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies and curriculum aligned with state and district goals.
• Use data-driven decision-making to monitor student progress and improve instructional practices.
• Support and facilitate Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to enhance teacher collaboration and effectiveness.
• Ensure inclusive programming for students receiving special education services and those learning English as a second language.
• Provide coaching, supervision, and feedback to teachers to strengthen instructional practices.
