Dawoud Kazimee with Robert Half is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Camas, Washington. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys critical thinking tasks. The position involves diverse responsibilities, including financial reporting and analysis, requiring attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- Develop and manage budgets for various funds, ensuring proper allocation and forecasting.

- Analyze financial data to generate insightful reports for decision-making purposes.

- Oversee accounting processes for multiple funds, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial inquiries and provide solutions.

- Engage in critical thinking to solve complex accounting challenges and improve processes.

- Monitor and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

- Support audits by preparing required documentation and addressing audit inquiries.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000
