Overview
Handle customer relationships with patience and integrity. Strong focus on Glass House recognition and reputation within the industry. Provide excellent customer service representing Glass House values and standards. Continuously improve process and communication. Work with customers to understand their specific needs and product usage. Assist in facilitating sales on site, including keeping showroom clean and organized. Identify prospects and convert into leads for sales representatives.
Meticulously organize prospects and leads within CRM. Ensure proper compliance procedures are followed for sales: customers are vetted via DCC, manifests and sales orders provided with every transaction, customers follow METRC requirements. Vet all customers and ensure they are properly onboarded prior to sale. Count cash payments with customers, prepare cash pickups, and send 8300 forms. Send test results and product information to customers upon request.
Send invoices to customers and AR updates. Support Sales Team in hitting monthly and quarterly sales goals. Follow proper accounting procedures for sales, working closely with Finance and Inventory teams. Provide Accounting department with assistance on AR, consignment, and billing.

Required:
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner
- Must be personable, organized and have a meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and improvise
- Strong people skills and flexibility within a team
- Ability to conduct professional communication via phone, text, and email
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Hub Spot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Preferred:
- Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment
- This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week
- Willingness to work weekends
- Ability to work in conditions typically found in a greenhouse with high humidity and varying temperatures, with a fair amount of moisture present
- Ability to exert up to 15-50 pounds occasionally in order to lift and move product
- Ability to balance, reach grasp while climbing on a step stool and/ or ladder
- Ability to crouch, grasp and lift product above shoulders in order to lift product from the floor properly
- Ability to be on feet while performing job responsibilities

Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting all administrative functions of the wholesale sales department.
