Part-time Retail Associate - 400 Camarillo (400 Camarillo Extra). Starting Rate $16.90 per hour.

Store location: 389 ARNEIL ROAD, CAMARILLO, California, 93010, United States.

Candidates should possess the ability to:

• Read and write English, interact with the general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

The part-time retail associate performs management-assigned duties, which may include but are not limited to stocking and maintaining a store section, carry-out services, and store cleaning.

Includes but is not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned or required:

• Maintain a store section as assigned and stock merchandise using proper equipment (excluding power/heavy equipment).
• Ensure proper pricing, check product date codes for rotation, stock shelves, end displays, floor stacks, displays, and refrigerated/frozen cases.
• Prepare perishable products for sale as needed.
• Set up advertising/promotional displays.
• Clean and maintain sanitation standards in all interior and exterior areas of the store and parking lot as directed by store management.
• Offer friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous assistance to customers with current store and product information.
• When requested, assist customers to their vehicles with loading purchases.
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including recording lost/damaged goods and store supplies using appropriate tools.
