Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $19.00 USD per hour

• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve specific needs; be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety and company policies.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and registry; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours and assist with checkout and cash handling as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards; de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience as required.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication and a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to remain focused and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services and engage around offerings and digital features.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and multiple devices; work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak times as needed.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and support cash office operations as needed.

• This role is part-time and On-Demand; schedule availability may vary based on store needs.
• On-Demand team members may create shifts through scheduling apps and are expected to respond to contact attempts and fulfill a minimum engagement.
