This position supports management in general operations of the store to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. Responsibilities include performing various sales and register transactions and supervising store associates as needed.

• Promotes customer service by ensuring associates greet and assist customers; respond to inquiries and handle complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Performs basic operations activities including cash handling and reporting, price changes, merchandise handling, and opening/closing duties; reviews time sheets and payroll documentation for accuracy and submits as appropriate.
• Monitors associate sales activities and productivity; communicates performance feedback and aids in coaching to help achieve store goals.
• Maintains awareness of customers to increase service levels and reduce security risks; stays current on policies regarding payments, exchanges, and security practices.
• Maintains knowledge of promotions; presents and displays merchandise in accordance with current promotions and standards.
• Supports receipt and dispatch of inventory and supplies according to company policy.
• Supervises associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, cash reconciliation, or customer services; prepares weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage within fiscal guidelines.
• Models sales techniques and product knowledge; assists customers in locating or obtaining merchandise based on needs.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships through clienteling and wardrobe recommendations.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed by management.
• Participates in and facilitates visual directives including store sets and merchandise replenishment.
• Assists in development of store associates; interprets KPI reports and provides coaching and performance feedback to Store Manager as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Minimum 2 years retail or sales management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate a register; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Regular attendance is essential

Wage range: $17.50 to $21.90 per hour. Final wage determined based on qualifications.
