As an Applebee’s bartender, you will mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to the highest standards while creating a welcoming bar experience for guests and staff alike.

• Prepare high‑quality alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes.
• Serve drinks efficiently to servers and guests to ensure prompt, quality service.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, restocking supplies and upholding hygiene standards.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets—up to 25 pounds—as needed during service.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers to foster a friendly service environment.

• At least 21 years old (per state law) and legally authorized to serve alcohol.
• Superior verbal communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding service and enhancing the guest experience.
• Physical ability to remain stationary and sustain well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to safely use cleaning supplies, wear protective hand and face coverings, and maintain proper hand hygiene throughout the shift.

Applebee’s® Bartenders start at minimum wage plus tips. Our comprehensive benefits include competitive wages (plus tips), healthcare benefits, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and flexible scheduling. Daily Pay is available in most states (not in California).
