Brief Description
- Make sure all product gets received after every job, bucking, sorting, pre‑trimming, trimming, QC, machine trimming, etc.
- Hold inventory team responsible for staging for every job day before.
- Hold team responsible for making sure tags are created in a timely manner.
- Oversee intake/outtake processes of WIP and finished goods.
- Make sure to have one day’s worth of WIP for the following day.
- Intake flower in Node, BC, Metrc, and Processing Plan.
- Make sure WIP Daily Run is filled out, including on weekends.
- Quality assurance of product being received – correct strain, batch, weights.
- Batch grading for bucked flower and trimmed flower.
- Make sure the warehouse is organized.
- Back up planner of WIP product.
- Regularly audit inventory.
- Phase changes in BC.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.
Include the following:

Supervise Inventory Technicians. Supervise product (cannabis) in the WIP Room. Supervise inventory and data processes.

- High organizational skills.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Make quick decisions.
- H.S. Graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- English.
- English/Spanish preferred.
- Be able to delegate tasks appropriately.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the following software applications:
- Microsoft Office.

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

SummaryThe Processing Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all operations in the WIP Inventory Storage rooms in all packhouses. They will provide leadership and guidance to the Processing Inventory Technicians. They must delegate job duties appropriately to complete the day‑to‑day inventory movements and data entries. Assist with the production schedule.
