About the Job
As a General Labor / Indoor Processor
, you will support daily cultivating and processing tasks inside a controlled, indoor cannabis facility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, fast-paced, and repetitive work, and who take pride in accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Trim, sort, handle, and process cannabis plant material
- Perform manual tasks such as de-bucking and de-stemming
- Weigh, label, and track product accurately
- Maintain a clean and compliant work area
- Follow GMPs, safety, and compliance standards
- Work efficiently onනය a production line to meet quotas
- Assist with packaging or other warehouse tasks
- Communicate clearly with leads and adjust to shifting priorities

- Must be 21+
- Ability to read basic instructions in English or Spanish
- Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours
- Employment is contingent upon completing Form I-9 and verification through the federal E-Verify system
- Please bring proper documentation to verify both your identity and eligibility to work in the United States (items such as Passport, or a combination of documents such as a SS card, Work Visa, and Driver’s license, State issued , etc.). You must bring actual documents; we cannot accept copies of these documents.
- Able to lift up to Ortega pounds repeatedly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable handling cannabis product
- Orientation and badge creation required before start date
