We’re seeking an energetic professional with a proven record of managing people and processes for a leading vehicle manufacturer. The Collision Center Supervisor leads our collision shop floor teams, delivering an impeccable service experience while driving operational efficiency.

• Provide effective supervision and coaching to employees to meet quality and facility goals; maintain shop records and inventories; manage workflow through the facility.
• Act as process leader for shop activities; define and improve work standards with technician input; lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged team.
• Ensure work standards are current and accurate; monitor employees to ensure they follow safety regulations and the collision center's safety program.
• Resolve technical and personnel issues with staff; schedule staff to meet facility needs, including vacations and time off per company policies.
• Select and train team members; hold regular one‑on‑one development meetings; coordinate training with the training team.
• Communicate daily to align all team members on goals; share relevant issues affecting the facility or organization.
• Partner with the site Associate Manager to scale shop production and collaborate with key partners; perform other duties as assigned by the Collision Manager.

• 0–1+ years of experience leading a collision center, refurbishment center, service center, or similar operation.
• 5–10+ years of collision technical experience or aptitude preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality and quantity; manage multiple tasks with competing priorities; lead root‑cause problem‑solving.
• Effective interaction with customers as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and understanding of repair estimates.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

$97,968 – $139,650 annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
