Meissner is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The Facilities Associate I will be responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of buildings, grounds and other facilities of the organization.

• Clean hallways, lounges, offices, cubicles, restrooms, stairways, cafeteria/kitchen spaces, common areas, gym and gym equipment.
• Sweep, vacuum, clean spills and mop floors.
• Regularly check garbage and recycling bins, emptying as needed and cleaning surrounding areas.
• Clean walls, windows, glass doors and mirrored surfaces.

• Willingness to be taught and execute instructions provided is essential.
• Must be able to occasionally work from a ladder or lift.
• Must be a non-smoker.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

US BASE PAY $18.25. The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant’s experience.
